The 2013 edition of the Ouvidoria Setorial em Números, magazine that presents the history of information and complaints recorded in the Ombudsman Management System (SGO – Sistema de Gestão de Ouvidoria) of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) was published, with data for each electricity distributor. The third edition of the publication, produced since 2011, is innovative in improving the framework of the subjects most demanded by consumers, with the percentage variation of demands for each subject in relation to the previous year.
There is also mention of the percentage of source of consumer complaints in each typology, data that may signal to the distributors the need for a review of its practices and procedures. The Ouvidoria Setorial em Números also presents search results in ANEEL Customer Consumer Satisfaction Index – IASC [Índice ANEEL de Satisfação do Consumidor]. Check the publication here.
