The Board of Directors of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) approved public hearing to obtain information about the 2013 periodic review of the Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) for transmitter Evrecy Participações Ltda.. The contributions may be sent starting tomorrow (05/09) until 06/03.
Despite being the second periodic review for this company, the calculation is part of the calendar of the third cycle of reviews for transmission concessionaires. The tariff repositioning index proposed for Evrecy is -14.20% (negative). This calculation was done based on the methodology of the third review cycle of transmitters that is in public hearing. The definite value of the tariff review for Evrecy will go into effect on July 1st of this year. The objective of this periodic review is to establish an annual review for the concessionaire is compatible with the coverage of efficient operational costs and with an adequate return on the capital wisely invested.
