After five bids in an envelope and four by speakerphone, Lot A of Transmission Auction No. 01/2013, conducted by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) on Friday (05/10), was auctioned by the consortium Gilbués (Engeglobal Construções Ltda e Bimetal Indústria Metalúrgica Ltda). The consortium submitted its bid in the amount of R$ 34.5 million, representing a discount of 23.7% in relation to the Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP) foreseen by the Agency in the amount of R$ 44.9 million.
RAP is the annual revenue that the transmitter will have right to for the public service rendering of transmission to the users, starting upon entering in commercial operation of the installations. Lot A is composed of a transmission line of 408 km of extension in the state of Piauí. See in the CLIC Energia the auction result, per lot. (PG/DB)
