The College Board of ANEEL approved on 6/11 the opening of a public hearing to consolidate existing rules regarding the verification of outages of electricity generation projects. The hearing will take place by document exchange in the period from June 13 to August 12, 2013.
In additions consolidating the rules, the purpose of the hearing is to improve the regulation, based on opportunities identified by the Agency and suggestions made by agents from the sector. The initiative of the hearing was provided in Regulatory Agenda indicative of ANEEL for the biennia 2012-2013 and 2013-2014.
