Through Dispatch No. 1966 published today (06/24) in the Official Daily Government Newspaper (DOU), the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL – Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) has suspended the application of the tariff adjustments for companies Copel Distribuição and Companhia Campolarguense de Energia. The dispatch was motivated by an appeal by Copel and the Agency decided to grant suspensive effect to adjustments until the board's decision. With the dispatch, the rates approved in January in extraordinary review of the companies are kept.
