The Vale do São Bartolomeu Consortium purchased the Allotment B of the Transmission Auction No. 02/2013, conducted by the National Electricity Agency (ANEEL) on Friday (07/12), valued at 27.4 million, representing the negative goodwill of 11.63% compared to the Annual Revenue (RAP) foreseen by the Agency in the amount of R$ 31 million. RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.
The allotment B is composed of three transmission lines and a substation in Goiás and Distrito Federal. The commercial operation is expected to be started in 30 months, it is expected to create 1,216 direct jobs.
There were no proposals for the allotment A.
