The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) clarifies that, in relation to the article published yesterday (7/25) on Folha de Campo Grande, the information that “Enersul’s intervenor, Jerson Kelman, will be subject to the Agency’s inspection process” is unfounded.
Received in a hearing by ANEEL, held by director Edvaldo Santana on 7/24, the state deputy of Mato Grosso do Sul, Marquinhos Trad (PMDB), in the company of Mr. Fernando Abrahão (of Real Brasil Consultora), filed a document on Enersul, to be analyzed by the Agency within its competencies. (JS)
