The Board of ANEEL approved on Tuesday the rules on retail trade in the National Interconnected System (SIN). Trade is characterized by representation, by qualified agents of the Chamber of Electricity Trade (CCEE), of entities allowed not to join the CCEE.
Free consumers and holders of generation concessions, authorizations or registers with installed capacity below 50MW and not committed an Energy Trade Agreement in Regulated Environments (CCEAR), Reserve Energy Agreement (CER) or quotas are eligible to be represented. These consumers should also meet the specific criteria of Act 9,074/95 and Act 9,427/96.
The Board also determined a period 60 days for preparation of regulation proposal with the aim of simplifying the rules of the Invoice Measurement System (SMF) associated with special consumers. (LP)
