Representatives of the six winners of Transmission Auction 01/2013 met today (8/1) with the Director-General of ANEEL for the signing of the concession agreements.
Held on May 10 at the headquarters of BM&FBOVESPA, in São Paulo, the auction ended with an 11.96% discount. Seventeen transmission lines and four substations located in 11 states were auctioned. The states are: Ceará, Goiás, Maranhão, Pará, Paraíba, Paraná, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio Grande do Norte, São Paulo, and Tocantins. The maximum reference Allowed Annual Revenue (RAP)* payable to entrepreneurs and determined in the public notice is R$586 million.
The period of completion of the works will be 22-36 months and the concession agreements will be effective for 30 years. Click here to see the description of the lots. (LP)
