The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) approved at a public meeting the new limits for collective continuity indicators DEC* and FEC** for the sets of consumer units of the concessionaire Espírito Santo Power Plants (Escelsa), from the state of Espírito Santo. The limits were set for the years 2014-2016.

* Equivalent Interruption Duration per Consumer Unit – DEC –Average time Interval which, during the period of observation, each consumer unit in a set considered had discontinued electricity distribution. Refer to Module I do Prodist.
** Equivalent Interruption Frequency per Consumer Unit – FEC –Average number of interruptions, during the period of observation, in each consumer unit of the set considered. (JS)
