Fonte: ANEELThe Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL) promotes on Thursday (10/17), from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., a live session with the goal of obtaining grants from society about changing the Normative Resolution 343/2008 establishing procedures for registration, preparation, acceptance, analysis, selection and approval of basic design and for permit utilization of hydropower potential with characteristics of Small Hydropower Plant- SHPP. The meeting will be in the ANEEL Auditorium (SGAN 603, módulo H, Brasília/DF) and is part of the Public Hearing 106/2013.

The proposal is that the hierarchy of stakeholders, based on Article 18 of the same resolution, be performed prior to the analysis of the basic projects of the stakeholders only if there is prior and formal manifestation of all those involved in the dispute. During the hearing, the checklist issue contained in Annex III of the Resolution will also be discussed.
