Recovery plans of the distributors from the Rede group are in audience

The National Electricity Agency (ANEEL) approved today (11/19) during the Public Meeting of the Board, the approval by the public hearing to receive contributions, regarding plans of actions for recovery and correction of faults and transgressions of distribution companies of the Rede group (Celtins, Cemat, Enersul, Nacional, Caiuá, Vale Paranapanema, Bragantina and CFLO), which have been under the intervention of the Agency since August 31st, 2012.

The intervention was decreed with the purpose of defending the public interest, preservation of adequate consumer and business management of the utilities service.
In September 2013, the judicial reorganization plan was approved, and with a favorable decision at first instance, following the acquisition of other Rede Group processes, such as the submission to ANEEL of the recovery plan. Among the claims made ​​by the distributors are the work of the Agency, in order to avoid loss to the distributor, of the difference between the purchase price and the price passed to tariffs, plus the conversion of individual compensation for investments with incentive mechanism, improvement of the quality in which remunerable investment depends on reducing potential compensations.
