Eletrosul Centrais Elétricas S.A. won lot K from the Transmission Auction No. 13/2013, conducted by the National Electricity Agency (ANEEL) on Thursday (11/14), with the amount of R$ 2.5 million, representing a negative goodwill of 29.99% in relation to the Permitted Annual Revenue (RAP) required by the Agency in the amount of R$ 3.6 million. RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facility.
Lot K is composed of a substation in Mato Grosso do Sul. The expected commercial operation is 24 months and there is an estimated creation of 175 direct jobs. The project will ensure adequate care to the region of Campo Grande.
Lot J, composed of two substations in Minas Gerais, had no interested parties, and will enter the next auction to be conducted by the Agency.
