LOT E, whose goal is to enable the flow of the potential for wind energy of Ceará and the increase in the capacity to meet the metropolitan region of Fortaleza, was sold by BR Transmissão Consortium for R$ 24.4 million. The offer represents a negative goodwill of 20.06% in relation to the Permitted maximum Annual Revenue (RAP) established by the agency of R$ 30.6 million. RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.
Lot E is composed of two transmission lines and two substations. The expected commencement of the commercial operations is 36 months and it is estimated to create 973 direct jobs. Follow on CLIC Energia the result of the auction, per lot.
