After bidding on a loudspeaker device, Lot D, composed of transmission line of Barro Alto – Itapaci, located in the state of Goiás, was won by the Lago Azul consortium (Geração Futuro CV S.A.) during the Transmission Auction No. 07/2013, conducted by the National Agency of Electricity (ANEEL) on Thursday (11/14). The Permitted Annual Revenue (RAP) offered was R$ 3.050 million, with a discount of 0.54% compared to the initial revenue established by the Agency. RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.
The purpose of the project is to meet the load growth in the state of Goiás. The expected commencement for the commercial operation is 30 months and it is expected to generate 116 direct jobs.
