Abengoa Concessões Brasil Holding S.A was awarded lot B from the Transmission Auction No. 07/2013, conducted by the National Electricity Agency (ANEEL) on Thursday (11/14), with the amount of R$ 52.4 million, representing a negative goodwill of 10.10 % in relation to the Permitted Annual Revenue (RAP) required by the Agency in the amount of R$ 58.2 million. RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.
Lot B consists of a transmission line in the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo, and is estimated to create 1763 direct jobs.
