Lot A from the Transmission Auction No. 07/2013, conducted by the National Agency of Electricity (ANEEL) on Thursday (11/14), was won by the Mata de Santa Geneva consortium, formed by Copel Geração e Transmissão e Furnas Centrais Elétricas S.A. The consortium submitted a bid of R$ 174.4 million and there was a negative goodwill of R$ 720 in relation to the Permitted Annual Revenue (RAP), provided by the Agency.
RAP is the revenue that the entrepreneur is entitled for the provision of transmission service from the commercial operation of the facilities.
Lot A is composed of transmission lines and substations in the states of São Paulo and Paraná. The goal is to enable the full power dispatch of power plants on the Madeira River and help control voltage in the region.
