The red flag tariff for the month of November, was validated to the whole country. If the system was applied, the fare would suffer an increase of R$ 3.00 for each 100 kWh consumed. In the case of the yellow flag, there would be an increase of R$ 1.50 and for the green one, no additional value would be applied.
In educational character, the National Agency of Electricity (ANEEL) publishes monthly, the flags that would be in operation.
Furthermore, the energy distributors will disclose, in the energy bill, the simulation of the implementation of the flags for their regions’ subsystems. The consumer will, then, be able to understand what flag would apply in the current month, if the tariff flags were already in operation. Read more about the tariff flags here.
