Consórcio Transmissão de Energia Brasil acquired Lot D of Transmission Auction 13/2013, held by ANEEL (the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency) on Dec. 13/12, for R$ 7,782,507.12, representing a discount of 6.10% to the Annual Revenue Allowed (RAP) foreseen by ANEEL, in the amount of R$ 8.2 million. RAP is the revenue of the entrepreneur for providing the transmission service when the facilities start operating.
These new facilities will trade the energy from the following wind power plants: Goiabeira, Ubatuba, Santa Catarina, Pitombeira, São Januário, Nossa Senhora de Fátima, Jandaia, São Clemente, Jandaia I and Ventos de Horizonte.
