ANEEL (the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency) has started Public Consultation 15/2013 to receive improvements for Normative Resolution 414/2010 regarding approval of private projects and construction work schedule definition.
The improvements will be made in the Preliminary Regulatory Agenda of ANEEL for 2013-2014, and they will support the regulation foreseen in Normative Resolution 581/2013, which established the procedures and conditions for the electric energy distributors’ provision of additional activities.
The public consultation page brings Technical Note 26/2013 – SRC/ANEEL, which will support the work progress and present, besides the proposed alterations, a questionnaire model to submit contributions.
The contributions have to be sent by March 7th, 2014, and the documents can be reviewed here.
The consultation will have one more phase, when the improvement themes will be discussed in a public hearing.
