Fonte: ANEELThe Board of the National Electricity Agency (ANEEL) approved on Thursday (19/12), during public meeting, a fixed income of R $ 2.1 billion for the year 2014, resulting in the generation of power from generating plants Angra 1 and 2. The Agency estimated the rate was R$ 156.79, R$/MWh.
Law No. 12.111/2009 established that from January 1, 2013 payment to Electronuclear of revenue from energy generation Angra 1 and 2 would be divided among all utilities, permittees or authorized dealers for public distribution service in the National Interconnected System – SIN. In its sole paragraph, art. 11 established that the revenue would result in a rate which is supposed to be calculated and approved annually, by ANEEL.
