The dates of two public hearings originally scheduled by ANEEL to take place this month in Brasilia have changed. Attended public hearing No. 19/05, which should be held on the 24th, has been pushed forward to August 30th. Written contributions on the proposed anticipation of universalization goals can be submitted by e-mail (ap019_2005@aneel.gov.br), fax (61 2192.8839) or mail: SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral da Aneel, CEP 70.830-030, Brasília-DF, Brazil. The deadline for submission is August 23rd.
Attended Public hearing No. 10/05, dealing with the updating of resolutions on the classification criteria for transmission facilities and on access conditions to power transmission and distribution systems, was also postponed. It will now be held on September 1st, rather than August 25th.
