Fonte: ANEELAneel will hold tomorrow, Wednesday (08/06), starting at 9:30 a.m., the drawing of 473 municipalities which will participate in the 9th annual survey which checks the Índice Aneel de Satisfação do Consumidor (Aneel Index of Consumer Satisfaction – IASC). There will be a live transmission on the internet with access on the Agency’s electronic page (www.aneel.gov.br).
The survey, carried out since 2000, evaluates the residential electricity consumer’s satisfaction with the services rendered by the distributors, subsiding them in the perfecting of services rendered. It also aids the Agency in the activities of inspection and in the perfection of the regulatory process.
