Fonte: ANEELAneel makes available today (09/10), on the internet, the final technical area report (see here), resulting from public hearing nº 047/2008, which handled the edict’s minutes with the rules of the bidding of transmission lines and other installations that are going to connect the Madeira River Hydroelectric Complex, in Rondônia, to the National Interconnected System (SIN).
The auction edict process is included in the schedule of the extraordinary meeting of the Aneel Board of Directors that will be held tomorrow (09/11). In the reporting director’s vote is contained each one of the contributions made during the public hearing and the technical arguments which motivated the incorporation or not of these suggestions. Such procedure is adopted in all public hearings.
The edict minutes were in documental hearing process between July 9th and 19th of this year. In this period 16 contributions were sent from various sector agents, which remain public and available on the internet from the time they were sent. The tender seeks ths concession of seven lots with the transmission lines and substations foreseen in the Federal Government’s planning, according to resolution nº 4/2007 of the National Council of Energetic Policy (Conselho Nacional de Política Energética – CNPE) and resolution nº 10/2008 by the National Council of Privatization (Conselho Nacional de Desestatização – CND) , which proposes the inclusion of the entrepreneurships in the National Program of Privatization (Programa Nacional de Desestatização – PND). The installations’ construction should be concluded in deadlines that vary between 34 and 48 months, from the signing of the concession contracts with the validity of 30 years which seek the installation, operation and maintenance of the enterprises.
