The collegiate board of Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel) approved today the annual tariff readjustment of the distributors Manaus Energia S/A and the closed Companhia Energética do Amazonas (Ceam), which was incorporated by Manaus Energia. The new tariffs will be valid on 1st November (next Saturday).
Despite the incorporation of Ceam by Manuas Energia was approved last March, it will be applied differentiated tariffs in the same concession area. The values will be unified in November 2009, date of tariff revision homologation of the incorporating distributor.
