the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Aneel) released today (09/22) the first rectification in the newly adopted of Asset Control of the Electricity Sector – MCPSE, annexed in the Normative Resolution No. 367/2009. The rectifications refer to inaccuracies in typing and/or the standardization in the file first released after the publication of the Resolution.
