Aneel resets indexes subjected to the public hearing of the second tariff review of Eletroacre

Percentages proposed for tariffs were reduced

The proposal for the second periodic tariff review of distributor Companhia de Eletricidade do Acre (Eletroacre) was rectified by Aneel. The technical department of the Agency made new calculations of the values related to a component of the review process, which resulted in a decrease in the indexes proposed for the tariffs of the concessionaire. Search the Technical Note No. 324/2009 for the justification for the changes

The preliminary average effect noted by Eletroacre consumers was reduced from 12.87% to 4.83%. The indexes will be applied in a differentiated way by consumption class. Check below for the new percentages:
