The Board of the Brazilian Electric Energy (Aneel) approved today (11/04) in a public meeting, the annual tariff adjustment of the distributor Light Serviços de Eletricidade S/A. The new tariff will come into force next Saturday (11/07), after it is published in the Official Journal of the Union, Light serves 3.5 million consumer units in 31 cities of Rio de Janeiro. With the decision by Aneel, the effect perceived by the average consumer is captive to an increase of 3.11%.
