Aneel, in order to rationalize the act of granting permission, will consolidate in Normative Ruling all rights and obligations of agents of generation. Currently, they are transcribed in all the acts, making the Authorizing Resolutions large. With this measure, the grants authorization will describe the technical characteristics of projects and cite this Normative Ruling to refer to the rights and obligations granted, reducing the cost of publication. The decision on this new procedure will take place at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of Aneel. Check out the minutes on this subject here.
