Aneel updated rates to consumers who have low income according to the rules introduced by Law No. 12212/2010, published in January this year. The figures also incorporate the approved modifications established by Law No.12111/2009. Check here the updated table of the Social Energy Rate (TSEE).
The calculation considered the end of the collection of charges Fuel Consumption Account (CCC) and Incentive Program for Alternative Energy Sources (Proinfa). The new criteria for becoming a beneficiary of the Social Rate were also taken into account.
The Agency divided the regulations of Law no. 12212/2010 into two steps. The rates approved today (03/02) will come into force after the publication in the Official Journal of the Union (retroactively to the date of publication of the Act). The issue of normative resolutions on procedures for implementing the new rules should be made after the public hearing process and its approval by the elected board.
