The Special Bidding Commission (CEL) of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Aneel) published Relevant Communication 3 this morning (04/16), suspending all effects of the Public Bid for the sale of electricity from the Hydroelectric Power Plant Belo Monte, fulfilling the injunction issued by the Judicial Subsection of Altamira, Judicial Section of the Estado do Pará. Therefore, all stages of the event, including the auction, previously scheduled to next Friday (04/20), are suspended.
