The Special Bidding Commission (CEL) of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Aneel) published a new communication this morning (04/16), the Relevant Communication 4, resuming all effects of the Public Bid regarding the sale of electricity from the Hydroelectric Power Plant of Belo Monte, due to the cancellation of the injunction issued by the Judicial Subsection of Altamira, Judicial Section of the State of Pará, suspending all effects of the Public Bid of the Auction. Therefore, all stages of the event shall be reopened, with dates and deadlines maintained, including the auction, scheduled to next Tuesday (04/20).
