Throughout the day, the service staff of the Aneel Ombudsman will provide care for consumers with a record of inquiries, complaints and denunciations. The activity also includes informative lecture on the role of ANEEL and a meeting between the board of the Agency with consumers to answer questions about the performance of the Agency in the concession area of Ampla, especially in Angra dos Reis and neighboring towns.
