The National Energy Agency (Aneel) wants to hear energy consumers in Rio de Janeiro and attended by Ampla Energia e Serviços S/A.  To do this, it will carry out, on the next 5th of May (Wednesday), in Angra dos Reis (RJ), an open meeting with the community, attended by the chief judge, Romeo Rufino, the superintendent of the Sector Administrative Mediation, Alex Feil , and technicians of the Ombudsman of ANEEL.  The initiative is another means of interaction between the agency and society, and an opportunity to record events to consumers on the quality of service for the supply of electricity provided by the concessionaire.

Throughout the day, the service staff of the Aneel Ombudsman will provide care for consumers with a record of inquiries, complaints and denunciations.  The activity also includes informative lecture on the role of ANEEL and a meeting between the board of the Agency with consumers to answer questions about the performance of the Agency in the concession area of Ampla, especially in Angra dos Reis and neighboring towns.

The city of Angra dos Reis has been selected by the Agency for the development of this pilot project because of the extensive mobilization site about the quality of services provided by the distributor.
