The collegiate board of directors from the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – Aneel) approved today (15), in a public meeting, the annual tariff readjustment for distribution company Companhia Rio Grande de Energia S/A (RGE). The new tariffs will go into effect this coming Saturday (06/19), after being published in the Official Daily Government Newspaper (Diário Oficial da União – DOU).
Check below the indexes that will be applied to the Rio Grande de Sul distribution company’s consumers’ electricity bills. The new tariffs already incorporate the effects of the new methodology proposed at Termo Aditivo approved by Aneel at the board of directors’ meeting on February 2 of this year.
