The Board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved today (29) in a public meeting, the annual rate adjustment of distributor Eletropaulo Metropolitana de São Paulo S/A. The average effect to be noticed by consumers will be 0.90%. The new rates come into force next July 4th, after being published in the Official Gazette (DOU).
Check below the rates that will apply to bills of captive consumers of the distributor according to the São Paulo consumer class. The new rates already incorporate the effects of the new methodology proposed in the Addendum approved by Aneel in a board meeting on February 2nd this year.
