The energy rate of energy consumers in the municipalities of Itai, Paranapanema and Avaré, in São Paulo, assisted by the Cooperative Rural Electrification of Itai-Paranapanema-Avare (CERIPA) had an increase approved by ANEEL's board at a meeting held at the collegiate Last Tuesday (02/08). The effect of the adjustment to be perceived by these consumers is 13.8%. The new value takes effect from today (02/10). The factors affecting the index have been approved by costs that have burdened the cooperative sector, and with purchasing power. CERIPA serves 8.5 thousand consumer units. (DB/GL)
