Starts Friday (11) the deadline for contributions to the Public Hearing No. 007/2011, whose objective is to review the Normative Resolution No. 333/2008, which establishes criteria for entering the Commitment of Conduct Adjustment (TAC) between the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) and concessionaires, licensees and authorized services and energy facilities.
Currently, you can replace penalties for the conclusion of terms of appointment, however, the proposal that is in hearing is to limit this possibility in some cases, like those regarding the quality of electricity services, security of persons and electricity facilities, to the expansion, the reinforcements, the improvement of electric power networks and systems of protection and control of the electrical system.

Another idea under discussion at the hearing refers to the obligation of the distributor to submit a plan of actions and investments within 10 days after adoption of the term. Currently, the plan is filed with the application for conclusion of the TAC. It is suggested also listing a minimum content of the action plan corresponding to the predicted value of investments, the works and their justifications, the physical and financial schedule and the obligation to repair any damage resulting from the violation occurred.

Contributions can be sent until 03/14 to the e-mail address  ap007_2011@aneel.gov.br . The live classroom session will be held on 03/03 at the Auditorium of ANEEL, Brasilia. (PG/GL)
