The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) denied yesterday (02/15), during a meeting of the executive board, the request for signing an Adjustment Term of Conduct (TAC) requested by the Compania de Eletricidade do Amapa (CEA) and upheld the fine of BRL 1.55 million. The request was denied because the company presented the projects with technical inconsistencies, which did not observe the guidelines of the Agency. The penalty was caused by the breach of the Average Interruption Duration quality indicators per Consumer Unit (DEC) and Frequency of Interruption per Consumer Unit (FEC) in 2009.
