After analyzing 577 contributions from 39 agents, the Office of Regulatory Services Distribution (SRD) of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) makes public the technical note and report analyzing the contributions of the Public Consultation no. 015/2010, which aims to reduce regulatory barriers that exist for connection of small-size distributed generation* in the distribution network, from renewable encouraged energy.
Representatives of utilities, generators, universities, manufacturers, consumers, retailers, engineering companies and others interested in the subject participated in the process, enabling the mapping of the main barriers to the installation of small distributed generation. The contributions will serve as a roadmap for action in the matter of ANEEL.
As a result the work is planned to conduct a public hearing in 2011 to discuss a draft resolution proposing new rules and amendments to existing standards. This activity is provided in section 5 of the Indicative Regulatory Agenda of the SRD for the 2011-2012 biennium, adopted by Ordinance No. 1676 of January 18, 2011.
The Technical Note No. 0004/2011-SRD/ANEEL of 09/02/2011, and the Analysis Report of Contributions, including the assessment of the suggestions sent in Public Consultation No. 015/2010, which lasted from 09/10 to 11/09, 2010, are available on the Aneel website in the consumer space, in public hearings and consultations, or click here .
