The deadline for sending contributions to Public Hearing no.009/2011 ends today (3/25). It deals with the regulations that establish guidelines for the transfer of energy and ballast between plants and biomass with Reserve Energy Contracts (CER).
Public Consultation no.021/2010 on regulating ombudsmen at public utility concessionaires and permissionaires for electric energy distribution also ends today. The presential session for discussing the matter was held last 3/18, when procedures were discussed for the ombudsmen to comply with the objective of functioning as an additional jurisdiction for consumers to request solutions to their doubts and file complaints.
