Electrical energy sector agents that own concessions, permissions or authorizations shall forward the information about their corporate structure at the end of each quarter and after each stock transfer operation. The determination is part of Normative Resolution no. 378/2009, article 4.
In order to comply with the norm, the transmission, distribution and commercialization agents should use DUTONET by tomorrow (3/31) to send this information in XML file format. The generation agents shall send it using the Economic Group Registration System (PARACEMP), with access through the link https://scg.aneel.gov.br/pae/PARACEMP_login.asp.
