The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) introduced a public hearing at a collegiate meeting held last Tuesday (03/29) in order to receive input on a proposal to enhance the application of the methodology for calculating the System Distribution Usage Rate (TUSDg)* paid by generating plants connected to the network with voltage levels of 138kV and 88 kV (kilovolts).
The hearing started today (03/31) may receive contributions from the company until April 29. Besides seeking the improvement of the application form of the TUSDg, the proposal available to the public is to establish a methodology for calculating the rate for generating plants that will participate in the new energy auction of The Regulated Hiring Environment**, where operations of purchase and sale of electricity are performed among agents preceded by bidding.
Through the proposal, we intend to further amend the transitional regime established by Normative Resolution No. 402/2010. The documents in open court are available at the website www.aneel.gov.br , at the link Hearings/Consultations/Forum. Contributions may be sent to the e-mail ap015_2011@aneel.gov.br; to the fax number (55 61) 2192-8839 or by mail to the address SGAN – Quadra 603 – Módulo I – Térreo/Protocol Geral da ANEEL – Brasília-DF – CEP 70830-030.
