The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) has approved the transfer of the corporate control of the electricity self-producer* Vale do Ivaí S/A Açúcar e Álcool. Below is the composition of the capital stock of the companies before and after the transfer.

The generator was allowed to operate as a self-producer through the deployment and exploitation of the thermal power plant Vale do Ivaí, with 18.4 megawatts (MW) of power, located in the municipality of São Pedro do Ivaí (PR).
