The executive board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday (04/26), in a public meeting, the rate adjustment of concessionaire Companhia Energética de Pernambuco (Celpe). The new rates come into force on April 29th, 2011 to 3.1 million consumer units distributed in 185 municipalities of Pernambuco. The average effect to be perceived by consumers of Celpe will be 8.27%.
