Tracks of land located in the state of Ceará and Santa Catarina have been declared public utility by the National Energy Agency (ANEEL), for purposes of eminent domain and easements. The areas are necessary for the implementation of transmission line that connects TPP Porto do Pecém II to the substation with the same name, in Ceará, and for assembly of construction site of HPP Garibaldi, in Santa Catarina.
