Consumers of electricity can refer to the date of commencement of operation of onsite service stations of energy distribution in their city. The new version of the list, first published on April 18, 2011, it is republished today (05/04), including 63 dealers and several cooperatives (permittees).

The list compiled by the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) contains the name of the city in alphabetical order, the operating time of the reception desks and date of installation of the station, which varies with the number of consumer units.

The installation of the stations meets the Agency's determination. By rule, Resolution No.414/2010 (the General Conditions of Supply of Electricity), cities with more than 10,000 consumer units must already have their stations since March 15. In these locations, the operation must be eight hours daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and timetables should be regular, previously reported and posted at the entrance of every station.

As of June 15, it will be time to complete the installation of stations in the cities that have between 2,000 and 10,000 consumer units. In such cases, the stations must operate for at least four hours daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

And consumers in cities with less than two thousand consumer units will have the stations as of September 15. In these places, attendance is eight hours per week, also with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

ANEEL began surveillance to verify compliance with this determination by the distributors. If not, they are subject to a fine of up to 2% of revenues, as provided for in other regulations of the Agency (Resolution no. 63/2004). (GL/FA)
