The period of contributions to Public Hearing No. 32/2011 ends on 07/25. The hearing means to obtain information regarding the methodology of calculation of compensation to the distributor by the consumer connected to the grid and who intends to connect directly to the transmission network (basic network*).

Currently, the calculation of compensation for the migration of consumers to the basic network is evaluated individually by the lack of methodology. The proposal at the hearing establishes compensation for investments made ​​by the distributor for the care of the consumer unit and so the transfer happens with minimal rate impact for consumers remaining in the dealership.

The approval of the audience happened in the board meeting held last Tuesday (05/24). In addition to receiving documents, there will be an onsite session on July 13, at the headquarters of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL), in Brasilia (DF).
