The board of the National Agency (ANEEL) transferred the authorization to deploy and Central Geradora Eólica Santa Vitória do Palmar 1of Elebrás Projetos Ltda. to EDP Renováveis do Brasil S/A.
With the decision, which occurred on board meeting last Tuesday (05/31), EDP Renováveis was responsible for deploying the wind power plant in Santa Vitoria do Palmar, in Rio Grande do Sul.
At the same meeting, the board decided to change the power plant from 126 to 81 megawatts (MW) and the name of the generating station to Santa Vitória do Palmar. (DB/GL)
