The deadline for contributions to the public hearing aiming to change Normative Resolutions 390/2009 and 391/2009, which lay down requirements for granting authorization for thermal power plants, wind farms and plants with other alternative sources starts Today (06/09).The hearing was approved at a meeting of the board of ANEEL held last Tuesday (06/07).

The proposal undergoing hearing aims to replace, in both resolutions, the requirement to submit the environmental permit of operation (LO) by Statement of Condition of Full Operation for the generating plants at reduced capacity. The statement should be issued by the concerned party in the record, and the possible inconsistency of this document will have the legal representative answer in the civil, penal and administrative powers.

In relation to Resolution 391/2009, applicable to wind farms, changes in the Required Documents for Grant Application were proposed.
