Tracks of land located in the states of São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul have been declared public utility by the board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL). The decision was taken during the meeting last Tuesday (14).
In São Paulo, the DUP was granted in favor of company Nardini Agroindustrial Ltda., which received land areas located in the range of 20 meters to deploy the 138 KV transmission line Pirangi substation – Nardini plant substation. The line is 16.05 km long and passes through the cities of Pirangi and Vista Alegre do Sul
Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz, however, received areas of land located in the cities of Morungaba and Itatiba. The areas are required to pass the Morungaba 2 extension, which will link the sectioning of the Tanquinho – Colonial distribution line to the Morungaba 2 substation.
In Rio Grande do Sul, land areas located in a 20-meter track to pass the transmission line that will connect the Ijuí 2 substation to the Panambi substation were declared public utility for purposes of easements in favor of Hidroelétrica Panambi S.A. The line has a length of 40.01 km and is located in the municipalities of Ijuí 2, Bozano and Panambi.
Still in Rio Grande do Sul, land areas located within a range between 9 and 25 meters for the deployment of the 138 kV Casca – Parai transmission line were declared public utility in favor of Rio Grande Energia S.A. The line is 21.12 km long and will pass through the municipalities of Casca and Parai.
RGE also received land areas with a length of 25 meters for the crossing the Plateau – Constantina transmission line, which will connect the future Planalto substation to the future Constantina substation. The line is located in the municipalities of Planalto, Rodeio Bonito, Liberato Salzano and Constantina.
The general application procedures for a declaration of public land areas necessary for the establishment of facilities for generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for dealers and authorized for expropriation and imposition of easements are on ANEEL Resolution No.279/2007. (PG/DB)
